What has happened?

As a result of regulatory requirements applied to it by the PRA, Wyelands Bank has closed all its customer savings accounts. Customers were repaid on 17th March.

Which accounts are affected?

All Wyelands Bank deposit accounts were closed on 17th March. This includes Fixed Rate, Notice and Easy Access accounts.

A communication was sent to customers on 8th March informing them of the repayment process.

What should I do if I have not received my money?

If you have a deposit but have not received your funds please contact Customer Services who will be able to inform you of the action that needs to be taken.

When will Wyelands start offering new deposits?

The Bank is reviewing its lending and savings strategy and will communicate when a new strategy is agreed and approved.

What if I want to make a complaint?

If you wish to complain, please contact customer services.
